My facility is a private workout gym where you are
the balance boards, slide boards, Fitter machine, Russian kettle
bells, as well as hand-held punching bags, kicking pads and a
spagetti bag to enhance clients' kickboxing techniques. Bottled water and sweat towels are provided at no charge along with bath towels, soaps, shampoos and other bath items to accessorize the private shower. |
