There are two Chat Groups that I recommend. One is for Survivors and the other for Caregivers. They are monitored and one must join and be accepted. They prefer that you are there for support or to lend support. They do not appreciate people who are there to sell their services.
The Caregiver Group is called The Orange Grove
It is a friendly place for Care Givers to post questions or simply vent their frustrations. There are resources available and a helping hand through moral support.
The second is for Survivors and is called TBI Survivor
It is a safe place to find survivors in different levels of healing whose injury might mirror yours. Their story may lend hope and offer solutions through the sharing of experiences and acquired coping skills that may just work for you.
